The Farm Site.

Secluded site for caravans, motorhomes, trailer-tents & tents.  For members of The Camping & Caravanning Club and The Caravan & Motorhome Clubs only – (please visit www.annstead.co.uk for details of THE WALLED GARDEN – ADULTS ONLY)

If you would like to bring your own accommodation why not pitch your caravans or tents on our picturesque 2-acre grass site next to the farm steading. We don’t offer swimming pools or children’s play areas, the outdoors is enough, but a small secluded site (20 pitches), with electric hook up if required, for those who want a quieter location.

There are modern ladies and gents facilities consisting of 2 showers, 2 toilets & 3 washbasins in each. There is also a utility/laundry area with 2 kitchen sink, 2 x washing machines, 2 x tumble driers and a small freezer. Showers are included in the pitch fees but coin boxes operate the washing machines and tumble driers (£1 & 20p coins).  There is also 2 x fresh drinking water taps and a chemical disposal point in the field.

Caravans and motorhomes must only use breathable ground sheets.

2018 prices:-

Grass Pitch – including 16amp electric & showers:-

2 people from £18 to £20 depending upon time of year.

Grass Pitch – without electric

2 people from £16 to £18 depending upon time of year.

Extra Charges

Extra person there is an additional fee of £2 per person per night.

Pup tents for one person only – £5 per night

Gazebos/boats – £5 per night.
